Our studio at 145 Eddy St. is be available for rent. Below are our current rental rates.  

• Rehearsals/classes
  • Weekdays $10/hr 
  • Weeknights $20/hr 
  • Rehearsal/class rentals require a $100 minimum
  • Some weekend day slots may be available, but we often host in-house events on those days (Community Days, Youth Classes, etc.) 
• Events/Performances
  • $500 minimum for a one night event
  • This rate includes 8 hours of staff time. This could be a lighting technician OR a house manager OR a combination (for example 4 hours with a technician and 4 hours with a house manager) 
  • Additional staff time and support is available for $45/hr with a minimum of two hours.  
• Community rates for collaborations are considered on a case by case basis.
